Consulting

Computer Purchase Consulting

Free conversation if you\'re considering buying a new computer. We help you figure out what makes sense for your needs and budget. We don\'t sell hardware, so the advice is genuinely about what\'s right for you, not about what we have on the shelf.

How We Approach Every Service

Regardless of which specific service brings you in, the approach is consistent:

Free diagnostic. We don\'t charge to look at your machine. We figure out what\'s actually wrong and tell you the truth before quoting any work.

Honest quote. Real numbers, no surprise charges, no upsells you didn\'t ask for. The price you\'re quoted is the price you pay.

Real work. The repair happens here in our shop, on our bench. Not shipped to a regional service center, not subcontracted to third parties.

Mac and PC. Both platforms, every day. We don\'t default to one platform\'s assumptions when working on the other.

Drop-off only, by appointment. The system that lets us give every machine real attention. Walk-ins, on-site, and remote work all compromise quality in different ways.

Honest about limits. If a machine isn\'t worth fixing, we say so. If a service we don\'t offer is what you need, we tell you and often suggest where to go.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

Many problems aren\'t obvious from a quick description. A "slow computer" might need a tuneup, an SSD upgrade, virus removal, more memory, or some combination. A "computer that won\'t boot" might be a software issue (easy fix), a failing drive (data recovery), or a logic board failure (different conversation entirely). The diagnostic is what figures out which one applies to your specific machine.

The simplest path is to call us at 716-771-2536, briefly describe what\'s going on, and we\'ll either suggest which service is most likely or schedule you for diagnostic to find out. The conversation costs nothing and often saves time later.
